GPCS is formed under the joint venture of Bell Lab, USA and Microelectronics Technology Inc., Taiwan. Focus on PCS related products’ development, manufacturing and marketing.

Due to investment policy change from headquarters, Bell Lab transferred its GPCS ownership to MTI. |

Special RF Products Division completed spin off from MTI to GPCS. Focus on PCS related products’ development. |

GPCS successfully develops chipset for low power PACS handset. |

GPCS successfully develops and manufactures GSM BTS power amplifiers.
